Lifehouse's 2 AA Rosette restaurant is led by Executive Chef Ugo Simonelli, whose background is Italian and whose food combines Italian-Mediterranean influences with seasonal East Anglian ingredients. His style is lighter and wellness-aware without becoming overtly 'spa food'.

The restaurant operates across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner is served Sunday-Thursday 6pm-9pm and Friday-Saturday 6pm-9.30pm. Lunch is deliberately relaxed — bathrobes and sportswear are welcome — while dinner is the smarter part of the day.

The restaurant is on site and is best understood as part of the spa experience: calm, seasonal and Mediterranean-leaning rather than highly formal destination dining.
