Sample dishes have included Scottish king scallops with pea and pancetta, monkfish with curried cauliflower and Keralan sauce, Yorkshire lamb loin and passionfruit soufflé. The current hotel site notes that the full à la carte is temporarily unavailable during development work, so check the live menu before relying on a particular format.

The restaurant is on site. Sunday lunch runs around 12pm-3pm, while weekday prix-fixe lunch and early dinner are also advertised.
